ADULTS: PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO ALLOWING YOUR CHILD TO PLAY WITH THE BANDIT DART CROSSBOW.

Safety Rules

The Bandit Dart Crossbow is a fun product and was designed to be a safe product. However, as with any shooting-style product, certain safety rules must be observed. It is HIGHLY recommended that these rules be read to any child before allowing to play with the Bandit Crossbow.

	NEVER point or shoot at a person or animal.
	NEVER shoot or attempt to shoot any other object BUT the safety darts designed specifically for the Bandit Dart Crossbow. Doing so may cause injury to the shooter or to another person. Extra darts maybe purchased separately.
	ONLY aim at or shoot appropriate targets, such as those provided on the Bandit package.
	ALWAYS make sure when shooting the Bandit that nothing is in the path of the string, including hair or fingers, and that nothing will be struck as the limb tips go forward during the shot.

Bandit Dart Crossbow Assembly

1.	Remove prod housing screw and bracket.
2.	Slide metal prod, notch first, into the slot provided, making sure the string is riding on top of the launching barrel.
3.	Replace bracket and screw so that bracket lip covers prod and into prod slot. Tighten screw.
4.	Using two fingers, one on each side of the barrel, pull string along the barrel using downward pressure, completely back into the trigger lock.
5.	Slide safety dart all the way in under the rear sight.
6.	To shoot, aim carefully at a proper target and slowly squeeze the trigger.

NEVER point the Bandit Dart Crossbow at someone.
